Audioline's Data buffers allow for the continuous logging of telephone records to store core information, such as the date, time, duration and destination of a call. Solutions are geared towards the requirements of companies wanting to control staff expenditure on phone calls and are compatible with all major commercial TMS software. Our buffers can connect via standard, serial ports, modem and LAN connections or GPRS. The SS-40 connects to a PABX via a serial port for the purpose of logging call record data and transmitting it via a modem connecton to your central site.
